This bibliography contains items identified during the
preparation of the attached Working Paper.   As that study
builds on earlier work, in particular two studies carried out
in the mid-1980s, [note 1] the selection of documents
presented here concentrates on material published after 1986. 
It also reflects the range of libraries and institutions
